Truly one of the best run apartment buildings in the city! The onsite property managers, Chelsea and Minh, are two of the nicest people you will ever meet and are always around to help with anything. Jesus handles any maintenance issue quickly and expertly. And Daisy makes sure the place is always spotless. You won’t be able to find a better place in LA!

This is a great place to live. The pool and rooftop are a treat, proximity to Runyon is ideal, gym and common areas are well maintained, and Chelsea, Minh, and Jesus take great care of their residents. When I need a repair it is coordinated quickly and Jesus always knows what to do, and the apartments are nicely updated and modern. Before Covid, Chelsea organized fun events to meet our neighbors. She also made the application and moving in a smooth process for me, which was much appreciated. It’s been a great place to live so far.

We have been living in Sutton Place for almost three years, and Chelsea, Daisy, Jesus and Minhchanh are our wonderful property management dream team. They have always been so helpful, friendly and innovative, organizing creative, fun building events for us. For example, we have had Taco Tuesday and yoga on the roof top, so we actually got to meet our neighbors in LA, I know right? 🙂 They make the day-to-day living experience really pleasurable and have also beautifully managed a fantastic refurbishment of the building, including extensive lobby and roof renovations as well as new carpeting and lighting. They are always happy to help and keep the building in tip-top shape, never hesitating to quickly respond to any service request as well. I lived in a studio at Sutton Place for a year. The staff was accommodating to all of our needs and responsive in the face of coronavirus outbreak. Chelsea was easy to communicate with and always available. The infrequent issues that popped up were quickly dealt with. Felt like they understood and wanted to meet our needs more than most rental companies.

You really have everything you need in this one place. It is a safe building, roof top with grills and pool, garage for your car and gym with sauna. The apartments are beautiful and Jesus, the maintenance guy, is always so quick to respond and fix any issue you might have. Also Chelsea, the property manager, is really on top of things. She answers emails promptly and always tries to accommodate any needs you might have and upgrade the experience for the residents of the building. She is always so helpful and so is Minh, the other property manager. Both are lovely people.

I’ve lived at the Sutton Place Apts for almost 4 years and it has been such a great experience. From the rooftop pool to the package lockers and gym, everything is kept in pristine condition. I’m only familiar with one of the managers (Chelsea), nonetheless she’s a superstar and deserves far more than a 5 star review. I would know as i had a noisy upstairs neighbor and she took care of the issues promptly and professionally. Always recommend the building to people looking for an all around great property that’s always improving.
